Please note: This is available for pickup only. Our small batch Bourbon has a recipe of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley. Our rye is an heirloom rye grown on a nearby Kentucky farm. We make our small batch using our sweet mash process. How big is a small batch? In our case, it's 12 to 15 barrels. Please call 859-402-8707 to arrange for pickup. Kentucky law limits purchases to 9 liters  (12 750 ml bottles) per day.
